**Please be aware that we are currently experiencing an issue with tracking numbers not updating or showing accurate information, we are working with distributors to resolve this issue, however due to decreased workforce worldwide and interruptions in major transportation chains due to COVID-19, the issue may take longer than usual to be addressed. We apologize for any inconvenience**

**Due to the current shipping delays, and other impacts on distribution by COVID-19, refunds due to "Item Not Received" will only be honored if 45 days or more have transpired from the date of item shipment. If less than 45 days have passed since shipment, we cannot issue a refund until the allotted time has passed and no delivery is confirmed. Delivery confirmation will be determined by the most current tracking information available.**

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns center at
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return, refund, or exchange
  • All returns and refunds are subject to approval, photos may be requested to verify issue/damage - if needed we will reach out by email
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines, a return label if applicable, and any further instructions

Standard Return and Refund Policy:

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of package delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your package was delivered, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. Date of package delivery determined using the most current tracking information. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are ineligible for return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

*Note: Due to its nature, swimwear and panties/underwear are not eligible for return. 


If you feel that an exception should be made to this policy, please reach out to so we can address your return on a case by case basis.

  • Some health and personal care items


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and we may request photos for verification of issue/damage in some cases. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, we will create a return label when necessary. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, at our discretion. (if applicable) 

- Book with obvious signs of use 

- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened 

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery. 

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this may take 7-10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for amount to be posted to the account. Please allow for longer refund processing times during holidays.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

*Sale/Discounted items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale/discount items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at to begin the exchange process.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 


Upon contacting, we will advise you on how to proceed with your return/exchange/refund. If your item needs to be sent back to Le Souf, we will generate a return label. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the entire return or exchange process may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
